Ideas for the scenes.

Since their is only a certain amount of time on this project I have decided to simplify the amount of locations. The environments will be quite small with a certain amount of assets per scene. The amount of scenes could just 3 or 4 at most with a certain amount of detail, Here are some ideas for the different locations on the island.

Set locations.

1. tropical beach with a beach shack and on the left panning to a trail path to the rain forest. Mountains in the background. The right could also have an old camper van or some kind of snack shack to create more atmosphere.
2. A small bohemian village with some very detailed houses on the right and left. This could lead to a river with a waterfall as we pan right. The rain forest would be framed close up framing exotic plants and flowers. This location could take influence From the house we stayed at in the rainforest called "Magic Sunrise".
3. Final location Could End on a traditional Lual with the sun setting. ending on the right with a photo of me and my family. In real life the Lual that I went to was On another island, however I feel this adds the feeling of abstract thought nicely. It is all on the same island in the subconscious. 

Those were some quick thought ideas Each area should be unique in location and tell an actual story from my holiday.

other locations could include 

1. A river boat ride up the Wailua river. This could be a great way to show the ancient Hawaiian tribal villages. or this could be another way of showing the small Hawaiian town abstracted compared to what it was actually like.
2. instead of being a rain forest in the mountains it could reflect the hike along the Nepali coast with the view of the turquoise ocean from the high cliffs.
3. Kauai is also home to many Hollywood blockbuster locations. Films like Jurassic Park, Indian Jones and even Pirates of the Caribbean were filmed in Kauai. So maybe it could pan through some of Jurassic Park just an idea.
