Door

A door was chosen to represent the ending of my film. I am intending to represent graduating from university as a new door opening in my mind. Creating a symbolic and positive message about the future after university. An open door is suppose to represent a fresh new direction new opportunities and more possibilities. My plan might be to have a corridor of doors influenced by the style in this animation.
The film has very uncomforting narration and surreal visuals. However the use of door ways and corridors around 1:01 to 1:50 have an interesting design. One door opens something happens then closes. Each door has something unexpected and that could add a sense of intrigue towards the ending. At 1:20 The traveling through one door to another adds to the sense of surprises you don't know what room you might enter and what is going to happen.
The film creates an uncomfortable atmosphere This should be avoided with my ending, instead of feeling like some kind of nightmare we want to create a sense of optimism intrigue and sense of opportunity.
The set design of the corridors and different room and doors is very fascinating. Might use influence from that.
